What each piece of work contains — and what each costs.

Every price on this page is fixed and published. No hourly rate, no setup fee, no minimum term, and nothing here is an add-on to something else here.

They're grouped by what they're for, not by what they cost. If you don't know which one you need, that's exactly what the diagnostic is for — it ends by naming the next piece of work.

Jobs under €500 run half to start and half on delivery. €500 and over splits into three, and the middle payment is tied to something you can actually see rather than to a date in a calendar.

Six groups, four depths.

The groups below answer what. This answers how far — because the honest first question is usually how much of the business is in question, not which product to buy.

First impression review2 days · No call needed
What a stranger sees on your profile in eight seconds, and the three things they can't work out. Five fixes ranked, and a rewritten bio you can paste today. Credited in full against anything booked within a month.
€95
Website + conversion audit4 days
Every step from landing to booking, walked as a customer and tested on a phone. Twelve fixes ranked by effect, rewritten copy for the two pages that matter most, and the one measurement to watch afterwards.
€395
Business diagnostic1–2 weeks · Needs your numbers
The whole business read once, against eight fixed headings: positioning, offer, customer, brand, discovery, conversion, experience and growth. What you sell ranked by what actually makes money, where customers really come from, the two things to stop doing, and a 30/60/90 with owners and dates. The default place to start.
€650
BrandDecide what you are, and how that looks

Two of these look similar and aren't. Brand concept €995 is the deciding — positioning, audience, the reason to choose you, voice and messaging, visual direction and the central idea, worked up far enough to sign off. Brand foundation €1,500 is implementation-ready — the same decisions plus the production files: design tokens, editable templates, print-ready artwork, the fuller set of applications and the rules for rolling it out. If you have a designer or a printer waiting, you want the foundation. If you're deciding what the thing is, start with the concept.

Brand concept2 weeks
The deciding, not the production. Who you're for, what you're actually selling, the reason to choose you, tone of voice and five messages to repeat — then three genuinely different visual directions, one worked up: palette, type, applications, four rules staff can follow, and one idea nobody can copy in a month.
€995
Brand refresh2–3 weeks · Existing businesses
For a business people already know. Keep what customers recognise, fix what dates it. Refreshed palette and type shown side by side against the old, applied everywhere they actually see you, plus the six editable templates and a rollout order so nothing appears half-changed.
€1,350
Brand foundation3–4 weeks
Everything in the concept, plus the files to build from. Decided once, properly: positioning, voice, palette, type, applications, four rules, design tokens, print-ready artwork builds, six editable templates and a one-page read on the economics. Every choice traced back to the business reason behind it, so it survives the first person who says they don't like blue.
€1,500
ContentDecide what you sell and what you say
Product / menu concept1–2 weeks · Existing businesses
What to add, what to cut, what to charge, and what to stop apologising for. Descriptions written, the list laid out ready to print, margin checked line by line, and two weeks of posts to introduce it. €395 for a single list; €495 where there's more than one — food and drink, or treatments and retail.
€395–€495
Content strategy2 weeks
Not a month of posts — the engine that makes them. Pillars decided, the mix set, then the first month written in full: posts by date and time, captions, competitor snapshot, grid preview and twenty spare captions. Includes the full shoot list and trend read: twenty-four photographs planned frame by frame into a single afternoon, each with its setup, its light and a use-by date, plus a counted read on the formats the businesses nearest you have already used to death.
€895
LaunchOpen, reopen, or introduce something
Launch / relaunch strategy3 weeks · Needs a date
Built backwards from a date on Launch Control: T-30, T-21, T-14, T-7, launch day, +7, +30. Countdown structure, the announcement written several ways, a four-email sequence, a press one-pager, the local list to send it to, and a plan for the week after — including what to do if day two is quiet, which is the part everyone forgets to plan.
€1,495

Everybody plans the launch. Almost nobody plans the Tuesday after it — and day two is always quieter than day one. The plan for that is written in advance, before anyone is disappointed enough to start discounting.

Three weeks. Needs a date before anything else, because everything is built backwards from it.

Launch ControlT-30 → +30

The seven points

T-30  Date fixed. The list built.
T-21  Announcement, written three ways.
T-14  Countdown starts. Staff briefed.
T-7   Everything schedulable, scheduled.
Day   One job: be present.
+7    The quiet-day plan.
+30  Stop / start / continue.

The Business Reset6 weeks · One business at a time
For a business that's trading but drifting, where fixing one thing won't do it. Six weeks, in order: the diagnostic against The Once Over 8, then what you sell and what you charge, then how it looks and sounds, then a quarter of content, then a relaunch date with Launch Control behind it — and a 30/60/90 you're left holding. One business at a time, because it is the whole of my attention while it runs. This is the thing I'd want somebody to sell me.
€4,750

What it's for

  • 01Your positioning is a paragraph, not a sentence.
  • 02Your offers don't quite fit together, and the bestseller isn't the one that makes money.
  • 03Your website says too much, or too little, and you can't tell which.
  • 04Your content has no direction, so it has no compounding.
  • 05There are gaps between finding you and buying that nobody has walked through.
  • 06You've fixed each of these separately, and they keep coming loose.

Six weeks, in order: the diagnosis first, then what you sell and what you charge, then how it looks and sounds, then a quarter of content, then a date to relaunch on — and a 30/60/90 you're left holding. Nothing gets designed until the offer is signed off, because design built on an offer that's about to change is work done twice.

It is one engagement containing the parts the business needs, not five separate packages stapled together. Where a part is already sound, the time goes into the parts that aren't.

The order is the product. Anyone can sell you a diagnosis, a brand and a content plan. Selling them in sequence, where each one is allowed to change the brief for the next, is the thing you can't buy in pieces.

Not sure it's all of it? The €650 diagnostic will tell you, and it comes off the price if you go ahead within a month.

OngoingKeep it running, monthly

A retainer is strategy, planning, written content and a performance review. To be plain about the boundary: I don't take the photographs, I don't publish as you, I don't manage ad budgets, and I don't log into or operate your accounts. I brief the shoot, write the month, and you or your staff press publish — which is what keeps the account sounding like a person who works there.

Growth Check-InOngoing · Cancel any month
The month planned and written before it starts — posts by date, captions, the trend read rewritten monthly rather than inherited — plus a one-page read on what actually moved and what I'm changing next, and a call to argue with it. Delivered before the month starts, not during it.
€795/mo
Strategic Growth PartnerOngoing · Cancel any month · Three at a time
Everything in the Check-In, plus a newsletter written and ready to send with thirty ideas banked, a quarterly session against The Once Over 8, one piece of project work a quarter folded in, and me on the end of a message when something happens on a Tuesday. Three of these at a time, no more.
€1,495/mo

If you're not sure

Start at the top and stop when it's answered.

There are no bundles any more, because the offers above already contain what the old bundles stapled together. There is an order, though.

€95 — find out if I'm any use

The first impression review. Two days, no call, and it comes off the price of anything you book within a month. The cheapest way to find out whether we think the same way.

First impression review
€650 — find out what's wrong

The business diagnostic. The whole thing read once against eight headings, with a 30/60/90 at the end. It is a complete piece of work in itself — you leave with a written plan whether or not you ever buy anything else from me.

Business diagnostic
€4,750 — fix it in one go

The Business Reset. Six weeks, in order, one business at a time. It is not a discount for buying several things at once — it costs about what the parts cost. What you cannot buy separately is the order, where each stage is allowed to change the brief for the next.

What a month actually looks like

A retainer month, from my side and yours.

The point of the shape is that everything lands before the month it covers, not during it.

Week before
Week one
Week two & three
Week four
I deliverThe whole month: twenty-two posts by date, captions written, the newsletter, the shoot list grouped into one afternoon, and the goal for the month with the number attached.
You shootOne session, about an hour, from the list. Everything for the month comes out of it, which is why it's grouped rather than daily.
It runsYou or your staff press publish. I make small changes as things change — a sell-out, a cancellation, weather — from the spare captions.
We read itTwenty minutes: three numbers, what moved, what I'm changing next month. Then next month's plan is already being written.

How it works

Five steps, and no part of it is mysterious.

01

A call, fifteen minutes

You tell me what you sell and what isn't working. I tell you which level it's at — or that it isn't a job for me, which happens and is free.

02

A price, in writing, that week

Fixed, from the published list. A scope with a date on it. No hourly rate, nothing that grows quietly, no minimum term.

03

A deposit, then the research

Then the part you're paying for: counting, walking it as a customer, reading it against your own numbers.

04

One thing to react to

Not four rounds of questions. A finished piece of thinking you can disagree with, and a conversation about the bits you disagree with.

05

Yours to keep

Every file, no licence, no restriction, whether we keep working together or not. Nothing is held back to make you come again.

Jobs under €500 run 50% to start and 50% on delivery. €500 and over splits into three equal payments — a third to start, a third at an agreed midpoint you can actually see, and a third on delivery. Everything I make is yours to keep and reuse, with no licence and no restriction. If a piece of work genuinely isn't what we agreed I'll rework it; if it still isn't, I'll refund the balance and you keep the deposit's worth of work.

Every price on this page is the price. I am not registered for VAT, so there is nothing to add to it. If that changes I will say so here before it changes on an invoice.

Before you go further

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

It's for you if

  • You own the business, and the decision stops with you.
  • There are somewhere between two and twenty of you.
  • Customers meet you directly — a shop, a clinic, a café, a salon, a studio, a workshop.
  • Something isn't working and you can feel it, but you can't name which part.
  • You'd rather be told the truth once than be managed gently for six months.
  • You can give me a straight answer about what actually sells.

It isn't if

  • You want somebody to run the accounts and press publish. I plan and write; you post.
  • You need ads bought and budgets managed. That's a different person and I'll say so.
  • You want a website built. I'll tell you what's wrong with yours; I won't build the new one.
  • You need a logo drawn from scratch. I decide the direction and bring in somebody who draws.
  • There's a committee. Fixed prices and one direction to react to don't survive one.
  • You're looking for the cheapest quote. I'm not it, and the prices are published so you can check.

What I don't do

Four things, on purpose.

Paid advertising. I plan and write; I don't run budgets or bid on anything. If ads are your bottleneck the audit will say so, and you'll want somebody else.

Photography. I brief every shot — the setup, the light, the order of the afternoon — and I'll point you at photographers near you who shoot that way, with no fee moving in either direction. I won't pretend a stock photo of somebody else's business is yours.

Posting as though I were you. You or your staff press publish, so the account keeps sounding like a person who works there.

Drawing logos from scratch. The brand work decides palette, type, voice and how it's all set. Where a mark needs carving or drawing properly I'll say so, and bring in someone who does that.

Not sure which one? Start with the call. I'll tell you whether you need a review, a diagnostic, a defined project — or nothing from me at all.
